Services

Magic Exterior Services LLC provides power washing, soft washing, painting, remodeling, flooring, and roofing services as described on this website and in your individual quote. Scope of work for each project is confirmed in writing before service begins.

Scheduling

Project start dates are scheduled as agreed at the time of your quote. Weather delays may shift your service day; we'll notify you as soon as a change is needed.

Payment

Larger project-based work (remodeling, flooring, roofing) requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Scheduled projects can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Liability

Please let us know in advance about any fragile surfaces, fixtures, plants, or outdoor electrical connections near your project area so we can take the right precautions.
